About the Job



8x8 is looking to hire a Business Systems Analyst that will primarily work to support the company’s quoting / ordering process with the application.  This role be a key hire in Cluj, Romania for the Business Systems Team to help support the company’s explosive growth.  The Business Systems Analyst will play an important role in supporting our worldwide sales organization to quickly answer a high volume of quoting and ordering related questions, resolve problems, troubleshoot as required.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support and troubleshooting to quickly resolve problems that the Sales teams in the United States & United Kingdom may experience during the time of quoting and ordering using
  • Handle user administration tasks including access management, permission sets, role assignments, new user creation, and data uploads
  • Help identify systemic problems or recurring problems, document them using our JIRA system so that permanent solutions can be developed



  • 1 to 3 years of experience with salesforce administration, configuration
  • Degree in MIS, Math, Computer Science, or similar degree
  • Ability to work late afternoon and late evening hours to support the United States and United Kingdom sales team members
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Desire to work in a fast pace environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication


Preferred (but not required)  

  • Salesforce development experience including creating custom user interfaces with VisualForce, developing custom business logic in APEX & triggers
  • Debugging and resolving issues by reviewing code
