Our new Director of Total Rewards will develop, implement, and maintain compensation, benefit and total rewards philosophies, programs, policies, plan designs, and practices across all roles and in all countries.
This role provides expert advice and support on matters including internal and external compensation and benefits competitiveness, program design, program effectiveness, and overall governance. This role collaborates with cross-functional business partners and executives to align and achieve business strategies, and attraction and retention objectives.
This is an exciting role as the Director will design 8x8’s new compensation philosophy, job family structure, and compensation structure. The next iteration of benefits is underway and this person will provide leadership in this area as well.
