Inside Channel Manager

 

8x8 is looking to hire an Inside sales Manager (iCAM) to support the sales team.  This person will nurture interest from warm leads provided daily (no cold calls) and manage a pipeline and forecast of opportunities.

 

Responsbilities: 

  • Identify, qualify, overcome objections, and close prospects
  • Meet or exceed your monthly and / or quarterly sales objectives
  • Solicit referrals via our rewards program and relationships you've built
  • Become a telecom product expert
  • Provide feedback to sales management, marketing, and executive staff
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
  • Work out of Salesforce.com CRM for all sales activities

Qualifications:

  • Inside Sales Experience is a must (3+ years)
  • Salesforce and/or CRM experience preferred
  • Professionalism and high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • College degree or relevant work experience
