The company is experiencing tremendous growth and seeks a highly motivated professional with exceptional analytical skills to join us as a Senior Financial Analyst partnering with our Sales and Sales Ops teams. The Finance team within 8x8 is a small high energy team providing finance partnership to senior business leaders across all functions to enable decisions and make recommendations regarding their business and reporting needs. Additionally the person in this role will be a strategic business partner driving key business metrics reporting, providing financial and analytical support and assisting with forecasting and budgeting processes.




  • Develop a thorough understanding of the sales organization and strategy and partner with department leaders to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Drive Sales ROI metrics and analyses to measure the trending and performance of our Sales programs and teams such as Sales Productivity, Churn & Renewal rate analysis and LTV analysis.
  • Own all budgeting and forecasting variance analysis for the teams.
  • Track all new hires and purchase requisitions against the budget for worldwide Sales & Sales Ops departments.
  • Provide department heads with flash reporting, operational metric analyses and financial modeling.
  • Ad-hoc analysis & projects as needed to support business needs.
  • Assist with month-end close financial reporting and analysis.
  • Become a key member of the Sales annual planning process by understanding their business strategies and be an advocate for their investment needs.



  • 5+ years or more of corporate financial analysis experience is preferred.
  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or other business related degree, MBA preferred.
  • Strong finance/accounting and processes background.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficient in other Microsoft office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and to solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Be willing to adapt to the changing needs of the business as we grow and scale.
  • Prior direct business partnering experience; Sales and/or Sales Ops support strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail (your work will often end up in front of our CEO & CFO).
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights and/or Netsuite a plus but not required
  • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
