Competitive Marketing Analyst: Contact Center Solutions
Competitive Marketing Analyst will manage the development of competitive marketing assets, analyze competitors’ solutions and compare them to 8x8 solutions.
This person will work together with the Product Management and Product Marketing teams to align the messages and strategy on how to position our solutions and win more deals.
Activities include sales support and training, create presentations, competitive announcement updates, how to manage to objections, competitive assets, and competitive lab testing.
Provide competitive positioning for a diverse range of complex problems and transforming the technical advantages into business benefits are the key drivers of this position.
Develop effective attack plans to drive preference for the 8x8 solution and rapid customer acquisition.
Create a differentiated market positioning and set of marketing tools to help communicate 8x8’s unique value as well as the competitive strategy and tactics to all key stakeholders.
Establish formal win/loss analysis and methodology to adjust Go-to-Market strategies and replicate winning strategies globally.
Background in technology, communications engineering, and technical marketing
MUST have 3+ years of proven experience in competitive marketing and product marketing
Experience with telephony, Unified Communications, Contact Center, CRM integrations and Cloud solutions
1 year of Contact Center experience is a plus
Proven knowledge on other competitors
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures regarding Cloud, Telephony, Unified Communications and Cloud
