JOB SUMMARY

  

The Commissions Analyst is a new role within the finance department. The Commissions Analyst will be reponsible for all aspects of calculating, tracking and reporting commissions, both internal and external. They will also be responsible for finding ways to improve the current calculation methods used and to help implement these changes. 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calculation of all third party commission – both upfront and recurring for:
    • Dealers
    • Distributors
    • Referral partners
  • Calculation of all internal commission
  • Assistance with review and design of internal and external commission schemes
  • Design and develop method to calculate distributor commissions using the systems in place, working closely with the U.S.
  • Maintain and improve process once in place
  • Design and develop method to improve dealer commission calculations using the systems in place working closely with the U.S. and maintaining once in place
  • Build relationships with, and resolve queries in a timely manner for dealers, distributors and referral partners
  • Resolve internal commission queries
  • Accurately track commission paid to both internal and external parties for management reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You will be a good communicator able to communicate with all levels of the business.
  • Excellent excel skills are a must, along with a good understanding of how systems can be used to pull required information.
  • Experience with commissions is a pre-requisite.
  • Two to three years’ experience in a similar role would be ideal. Experience with commission software would be preferable.
  • Discretion and integrity are key.
  • You will need to be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
