The Operations Analyst (OA) is responsible for developing and using tools needed for operational efficiency of the 8x8 deployment and professional services teams, including budgeting, tracking, and forecasting. The OA will contribute to the vision and strategy for providing 8x8 services, and be responsible for tracking performance and providing decision support for improving revenue and margin. A primary objective will be to measure the health of operations relative to goals, targets, and budgets, and to identify areas for improvement in all aspects of services operations. The OA will work closely with other 8x8 departments to ensure all business tools are matching the company’s needs, and will also build weekly and monthly reports and dashboards based on agreed upon metrics. This position is at 8x8 headquarters and reports to Operations Analyst.
