Demand Generation is at the epicenter of marketing.  At 8x8 and you will drive and love creating the Go-To-Market strategy for our Midmarket install base, then execute flawlessly and with integrity. You have strong analytical skills and will be excited about helping to build and be a part of the best marketing team -- ever.



Top Required Skills


  • Demonstrate a proven track record developing account-based marketing (ABM) programs. You have expanded the footprint, increased wallet-share, driven cross-sell/upsell opportunities and reduced customer churn.
  • Optimize lead-to-opportunity funnel and drive pipeline for the business. You have enterprise and mid-market software B2B experience ideally in SaaS, software or technology marketing delivering measurable results.  
  • Lend your talent toward designing, building, and optimizing our global demand generation engine. You have designed and executed 1:1, 1: few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments. Collaborate across the marketing function to generate sales qualified leads (SQLs).  You gain consensus for cross-portfolio GTM plans and marketing plays in alignment with strategic product mandates and sales directives.
  • You function with confidence and are comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 


Top Responsibilities


  • Work with sales executives to create annual, quarterly, monthly Go-To-Market-Plans for the Midmarket businesses - that includes target segments, a portfolio of buyer-centric digital marketing plays against the segments and resources required to hit SQL target.  Continuously define and optimize the best routes to reach the target market effectively.
  • Guide team to execute from content creation to delivery using the right mix of digital marketing, inbound, broad-based, and paid media strategies.  
  • Partner internally with Creative, Product Marketing and Sales Operations teams.  Align with channel sales team on the strategy to source and influence pipeline.
  • Track status in real-time for agile-in-quarter course correction.  Regularly measure, optimize and report out on key digital demand generation efforts to demonstrate material contribution to global pipeline generation.

 Education & Requirements


  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B Digital Demand Generation - Experience generating demand at B2B enterprise software company (preferably SaaS).
  • Integrated e2e marketing inclusive of digital and content marketing techniques
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (MBA a plus)
  • Ability to travel required (10-15%)
