8x8, Inc. is looking for an Events Program Manager located in New York, NY that will help plan and achieve corporate and demand generation goals through the execution of tradeshows, conferences, customer and channels events, strategic sponsorships and other field event marketing programs. We focus on results and will measure outcomes based upon brand awareness, lead generation, and demand generation for pipeline acceleration.
In this role you will develop an event strategy and plans for demand generation events, channel partner events, field marketing events and industry tradeshows. Strategically execute event plans supporting 8x8's branding to generate brand awareness and lead generation programs. Collaborate with colleagues in and outside of marketing to ensure a one brand, one voice presence at all events. Ensure ROI by building in an integrated demand generation motion for pre-during-post show activity. Leverage contract & vendor negotiations, manage and monitor budgets, POs, invoices and all aspects of pre-event procurement and post-event reconciliation.
