JOB SUMMARY

 

The role of the ISV Alliances Manager is to be the ambassador for 8x8 with top ISV Partners like Salesforce, NetSuite, G-Suite and others to drive revenue uplift through strategic ISV partner relationships. This is a highly visible position on the Strategic Alliances Team whose primary focus is to influence and drive YOY revenue growth through the skillful management of ISV partner relationships. The key candidate will have ISV partner management, ecosystem development, marketing and sales expertise with demonstrated experience of driving revenue uplift through ISV partner relationships.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  
    • Manage ISV partner relationships to influence and drive revenue uplift
    • Maintain relationships with ISV partners to gain visibility and mindshare to create revenue-generating opportunities.
    • Achieve the company ISV Revenue goal.
    • Work cross-functionally with 8x8 strategic alliances, integrations team, sales management, sales engineering, and channels to drive ISV partner revenue.
    • Define and prioritize ISV program elements through constant interface with senior management, sales management, and ISV counterparts
    • Develop the business value proposition and quarterly business plan for each ISV partner.
    • Track and report ISV partner activity and status to 8x8 management.
    • Use appropriate 8x8 resources in sales and training efforts (including account executives, sales engineers, solution engineers, training specialist, and product managers) to enhance ISV partner understanding of 8x8 products and services..
    • Facilitate the relationships and identify responsibilities between ISV partners and 8x8 representatives to maintain the momentum of sales activities and goals.
    • Create and implement ISV partner scoring.
    • Co-ordinate ISV partner initiatives and enablement programs.
    • Acquire, integrate, and communicate with credibility industry and vertical market knowledge related to 8x8 value propositions, general industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to ISV partners.
    • Communicate ISV partner program goals, requirements, successes and rules of engagement throughout 8x8 to maximize program success.
    • Build relationships with the strategic ISV partners by spending a day a week on site to develop/enhance and execute the ISV Alliances program.
    • Other duties as assigned by manager.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

    • 7+ years of ISV Alliance management sales experience
    • Experience driving revenue uplift through ISV partner relationships with integrated solutions
    • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing ISV partners
    • Experience implementing and delivering a field marketing plan
    • Must have executive presence and be able to motivate an ISV partner organization
    • Comfortable speaking in front of a large audience
    • Passionate about building and growing the ISV Partner program
    • Must possess strong presentation skills, sales skills, and be a polished communicator who can influence others.
    • Knowledge of the UCaaS/CCaaS and PBX Markets
