Elite Services - Partner Concierge Specialist




8x8’s Elite Services group within the Global Customer Success and Services organization is looking for the right candidate to fill the Partner Concierge Specialist role within its team.  The Partner Concierge Specialist will be supporting 8x8’s top tier Partners. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, results-driven individual, with strong interpersonal skills who adapts well to a fast-paced environment, providing a high degree of service and responsiveness to our existing and potential partners. 


  • Develop scalable methods for communicating best practices to 8x8 Partners.
  • Become a subject matter expert in 8x8’s products, services, CRM system, Service Cloud, 8x8 Knowledge Base.
  • Drive resolution for all high impact issues.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet Company standards.
  • Assist partners with product related questions.
  • Listen to and understand the partner's needs and provide proactive suggestions as well as answers to improve partners' use and satisfaction of 8x8.
  • Daily Case Management, which includes logging cases with accurate information to provide a full record of activities.
  • Coordinate resolution with appropriate departments.
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base
  • Communicate new features to Partners and stay current on releases.  


  • Excellent interpersonal/customer relations skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communicator
  • Extremely organized, detailed oriented, analytical, and able to handle a high volume of activity efficiently through scalable processes.
  • Self-starter who works independently and proactively
  • Experience with SFDC
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree
