You will be responsible for managing the DXI processes and procedures to ensure that the services the organisation provides are fit for purpose, are consistent, and meet both external and internal requirements. These include agreed quality standards, defined internal security processes and applicable regulatory compliance. You will coordinates the activities required to achieve and maintain accreditation to the relevant International standards.
In this role you will be working with departmental managers and directors in DXI and 8x8 to create and implement processes and procedures for quality, security and regulatory compliance. You will then monitor and report on the performance of these systems, providing data and reports for management and auditors. You will log and report non conformance issue and regulatory breaches. You will assist providing responses to customer requests for details of the company's quality and security systems. You will assist development to ensure our systems are compliant. You will respond to any legal requests from external authorities requesting information about the functionality and the customer’s use of our services.
You will provide training, tools and techniques to enable staff throughout the organisations to meet quality, security and regulatory standards. You will liaise with other managers and to ensure that the quality and security management systems are functioning properly.
You will keep abreast of any changes to the relevant legal frameworks affecting our services and, where appropriate, you will advise on changes and how they should be implement.
Looking to complete a CISA credential is a bonus.
