We are looking for a Director/Sr. Director Enterprise Customer Demand Generation for a demand market leader in the cloud based, unified communications space. The company is investing in building out the marketing team to accelerate growth in this $20B market that is growing at 50% annually. Demand generation is at the epicenter of the company, driving the Go-To-Market strategy and execution for target market segments. With this role, you will have an opportunity to team with a collaborative, enthusiastic CMO, with a passion for the product, while building a world class, global demand generation engine. This role is located in San Jose.
You will work closely with our existing customers and our enterprise installed-base sales organization. In addition, key relationships will include marketing ops and analytics, media relations, demand and product marketing to build the tools and programs to deliver on pipeline targets. You will be responsible for driving business results that hit pipeline and revenue goals. This role will be responsible for the strategy, GTM plans, segmentation and full demand marketing for our enterprise customers, working closely with the other marketing leaders.
This is a high impact position and previous experience in demand generation/solution/segment marketing or a related function is required. In addition, you must possess a record of success in SaaS, software or technology marketing, delivering measurable results. You must understand and love Go-To-Market and be comfortable switching between strategy and execution. You need to have the confidence and leadership skills to influence cross functional teams and command respect across all organizational levels and be comfortable in a fast paced, high growth environment.
