Channel Marketing Content Manager


This role will develop and execute content for channel programs focused on recruiting, enabling, and growing 8x8 Channel Partners. This person will be responsible for managing the development and execution of key channel marketing programs. The ideal candidate will utilize their deep marketing channel content expertise, exceptional project management and collaboration skills to manage program planning and ensure all stakeholders are working together to deliver an effective program.



  • Channel Content Development
  • Manage content development and rollout of upcoming channel programs and tools including program guides, budgets, schedules, deliverables, procedures, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving marketing sections of PartnerConnect portal, ensuring the content, tools, resources are current and relevant for partners
  • Monitor internal and external feedback on programs, develop program roadmap, recommend and define business requirements, and implement needed program design changes to help ensure growth objectives are achieved
  • Track the results and ROI of marketing programs
  • Communicate upcoming events with Channel Leadership



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-8 years’ experience managing marketing programs in technology or cloud space
  • Successful track record owning or being a key contributor to event marketing strategy and programs and reporting on effectiveness.
  • Display a deep understanding of channel program development and management for B2B technologies, products, services
  • Proficiency with Marketo (or other comparable MAP/ESP), and webinar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up, budgeting and time management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions and manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with all levels across the organization as well as with clients and prospects.
  • Proven ability to apply creativity and passion to marketing programs and projects.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
