About the Job



The Enterprise Billing Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely customer billing.  Administers contract billing by utilizing knowledge of company products, processes and internal resources. This position provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers by demonstrating prompt and thorough attention to detail in resolving problems and complaints for billing/invoicing. 




    • Responsible for coordinating and processing monthly billing from multiple systems, such as Netsuite and Billing Manager 
    • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of generating and sending invoices
    • Work with members of the AR/Collection Team to proactively drive quality improvement initiatives, in accordance with customer contracts and Department/Company guidelines.
    • Knowledge of third party and cost center billing
    • Knowledge of order processing, credit card and ACH transactions
    • Maintain, review and validate customer files and documentation accurately for correct account mapping and setup in ERP system.
    • Monitor billing statistics for duplicate, erroneous and system related problems.
    • Responsible for billing month end activities; SIP and invoice accruals.
    • Ability to work well under pressure, while meeting deadlines.



    • 2-3 years’ experience in Billing in a fast pace professional environment
    • Bachelor degree in Accounting preferred
    • Good understanding of Excel; formulas, pivot and vlookup, proficient in MS Office
    • Knowledge of Netsuite and cloud based billing 
    • Ability to think strategically and to problem solve
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Take appropriate corrective actions to address matters pertaining to billing
    • Strong passion, detail oriented and good judgment
    • This position requires working in the office, not remote.
    • Excellent follow through and multi-tasking skills
