The Product Analyst who fills this position will:
Support the Product Development strategy & NPI process, through the development and maintenance of a variety of dashboards and reports in Tableau.
The successful candidate will create effective dashboards to track key metrics by build - including Quality of Service (“QoS”), Adoption, Sales, Case and Ticket metrics, and product usage patterns. The product analyst will leverage a huge quantity of event stream data generated by our instrumented products, to discover and highlight correlations between QoS & Adoption, as well as implications of adoption rates on product P&Ls.
The work performed by this analyst will directly impact 8x8’s decision making & product development review processes - helping the company to intelligently optimize resource allocation and define product strategy. Ultimately, these efforts should improve the efficacy and relevancy of our worldwide agile product development initiatives.
