    About the Role:

     

    Working within a high growth organization as the Human Resources Manager / Business Partner you will be accountable for providing HR Generalist support to all UK based offices, managing HR for subsidiaries of the wider business including supporting the roll-out of global initiatives. The role sits within a structured HR function and has a strong emphasis on operational HR, management coaching and employee development.

     

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    • Delivering a comprehensive HR service to the UK business
    • Partnering with the management team to project manage HR priorities within the business
    • In conjunction with the European Snr Human Resources Manager, ensure all company policies and procedures are up-to-date in line with current employment law. Ensuring line managers are up-to-date with changes to any HR policies
    • Responsible for maintaining regular upkeep of HR related management reporting tools and the HR database
    • A true Generalist role, you will have responsibility for; 
      • Onboarding and Probation 
      • Change Management
      • Talent Management including managing the PDR cycle
      • Performance Management
      • Facilitate Management Coaching 
      • Training and Development 
      • Contract Agreement Management 
      • Employee Relations including end-to-end management of family friendly requests
      • Disciplinary and Grievance processes
      • Salary Review Process
      • Employee Engagement Management
      • Company Benefits administration
      • Absence Management
      • Providing current and timely payroll information
      • Support and advice to employees
      • Stakeholder Management

    Qualifications:

    • Ideally CIPD Qualified your career to date will show clear progression within fast paced, consumer focused businesses
    • Strong understanding of employment law
    • Excellent communication skills honed in business partnering/advisory roles
    • Proven ability of adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member
    • Experience of working effectively with operational as well as senior staff
    • Skilled and experienced with appropriate handling of challenging individuals
    • Ability to build rapport quickly, particularly with key members of the executive team
    • Capacity to professionally represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture; takes a broad interest in the success and development of the company and the human resource function as a whole
    • Confident managing HR processes and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development
    • Demonstrable successful experience in managing relevant HR projects
    • A professional and commercial approach to HR
    • Capacity to function as a trusted HR advisor and to be recognized by the leadership team as such 
    • Demonstrates passion - approaches all tasks in an enthusiastic way. Committed to upholding professional standards
    • Takes responsibility for own actions and visibly supports the senior leadership team and their agenda
    • Self-motivated and self-aware - recognizes own strengths and is committed to personal development
    • Excellent attention to detail
