The Department Mission:
To deliver world class sales operations, by ensuring the efficiency of the sales process and increasing productivity of sales. The Department does this by incorporating itself within the sales organisation, to execute the sales strategy. The Bid Manager will assemble and manage a virtual bid team with the relevant service, product and business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process. The Bid Manager will work with a variety of teams predominately with Sales, Sales Engineering, Finance, Operations, Legal and Compliance, to ensure full bid cycle management and successful deployment transition.
Responsibilities include managing all necessary bid procedures, governance and process, response writing and editing and managing the Bid Library.
This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines. It will require strong people management and commercial skills.
