    Position Summary

    8x8, Inc. is looking for a HRIS Analyst to help drive process improvement and HR technology initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global HR Operations, serve as a technical point-of-contact within the Human Resources team. Provides hands-on maintenance configuration, design, development, implementation, improvement and maintenance of HR systems and related processes to meet the requirements of staff and management teams. This role will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to drive a phenomenal HR technology experience.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Partner with system users across the company to optimize utilization of multinational HR technology
    • Collaborate with cross-functional SME’s and senior team members to translate business requirements into solutions
    • Provide production support, including researching and resolving system issues, unexpected results or process flaws
    • Identifies opportunities and provides recommendations for system and related process enhancements and efficiencies
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors for development, maintenance, and testing of processes and interfaces for current and upcoming solutions
    • Accurately create complex queries from multiple HR databases which may require consolidation into a single report
    • Document procedures, user documentation, system updates, and maintenance
    • Evaluate and understand system security processes/changes, ensuring compliance with established security procedures, international data and SOX controls
    • Conduct training for end-users for utilizing HR systems and workflows to maintain user empowerment
    • Remain aware of evolving trends in Human Resources and assess how they may impact systems and process including data privacy laws


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • 3 or more years of HR systems administration working within a Human Resources team
    • Hands-on experience with Tier 1 HR Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS
    • Previous experience as a functional member with global HR technology projects for implementations, system upgrades, enhancements, and working with cross-functional project teams
    • Strong analytical skills within the Microsoft Office and Google Apps suite, including but not limited to analysing data in spreadsheets, pivot tables or macros
    • Ability to assess situations with a systematic and business lens
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
    • Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies
    • Attention to detail with creative problem-solving skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred
