    Technical Sourcer


    We’re building a Best-in-Class recruiting organization and are looking for our next “A-Team” member. 8x8 is headquartered in the Silicon Valley, USA and this position reports to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition We are looking for Technical Sourcer located in San Jose or Remote  to work closely with the hiring managers and recruiters to provide best practices in recruiting that will align with corporate objectives, work flows, and process.

As our Recruiting Business Partner, and the face of the company, you’ll have the opportunity to drive a premier manager and candidate experience, process improvements, and add value to 8x8’s Talent Acquisition Team.

    This is a hi-tech “start-up” environment and we are looking for someone who gets it and will help minimize the usage of agencies while building the relationship between hiring managers and recruiting.   



    • Work with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand the technical requirements of the role and its fit within the Organization.
    • Build talent pipelines by utilizing innovative methods to dig for hard-to-find candidates: tactical research, referral generation, white papers, events, sourcing campaigns, career sites.
    • Identify and engage with passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean and other alternative, tech specific sites and methods
    • Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders on job description, requirements and candidate profiles/fit
    • Manage pipeline through ATS and provide transparency to internal stakeholders



    • 4+ years of broad technical sourcing (front-end, back-end, full-stack, QA, AI/ML and data architecture) at all levels of experience
    • Understanding of tech and local market and companies
    • Experienced in utilizing Open Source and technical communities and sites
    • Ability to understand and implement a variety of Recruiting/Sourcing applications and methodologies
    • Ability to articulate the 8x8 story, product and corporate culture to engage and excite candidates
