    JOB SUMMARY

     

    This role will champion driving a data-driven culture in Sales organization leveraging metrics and KPIs and strategic analysis on sales performance and trends. This role will interact with other various teams include marketing, channel operations, deal desk, business systems, and finance. Responsibilities also involve supporting key sales planning and processes, including strategic planning/business planning. The role requires the following capabilities excellent communication skills, especially the ability to respectfully challenge and influence; strong problem solving/analytical skills, strong data management skills, and business acumen.

     

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Support worldwide sales organization with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, metrics, KPIs with a particular focus on support UK sales
    • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales analytics need for the business
    • Own Sales reporting and KPI automation 
    • Proactively manage the planning and forecasting processes across the Sales organization
    • Deliver monthly/quarterly quantitative and qualitative analysis of the business' financial results including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted
    • Provide insightful and actionable recommendations for decision making through data analysis
    • Meet deliverables and requests from business partners, corporate FP&A, accounting, and other cross-functional teams
    • Fulfill ad-hoc and regular requests to drive high corporate performance and to assist with executive decision making
    • Effectively communicate monthly performance and key business drivers to senior management
    • Assist in preparing materials for senior management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
    • Financial sales modeling and reconciliation between different systems of reporting
    • Develop deep understanding of sales organization landscape and partner withsales leaders to align business and financial goals

     

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Bachelors required
    • Management consulting experience or Investment banking preferred
    • Experience in Sales Finance and Sales Ops ideal 
    • Expertise in Excel modeling and Salesforce.com reporting must; Tableau know-how preferred
    • Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience
