    8x8, a Silicon Valley company and leader in Cloud Communications, is in need of an Communication & Collaboration Lead to maintain the internal 8x8 communication systems. This role works for the IT department and will manage the usage of 8x8 technologies for all 8x8 employee’s.


    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Become an expert on maintaining 8x8 technologies
    • Maintain working knowledge of all phone system use cases
    • Liaise, plan and lead the implementation of  internal ‘Call-Center’ customer requirements
    • Build and maintain relationships with engineering and operations teams for release management
    • Manage and maintain knowledge articles for end user training
    • Create and publish on-boarding training materials
    • Create and Publish utilization metrics
    • Provide Level 2 support

    Technical qualities


    • Understanding of Call-Center terminologies
    • Network /Voice protocols
    • Evidence of advanced technical troubleshooting skills



    • 5+ years’ experience working within a Call Center as a supervisor / lead or managing similar internal / cloud systems..
    • Degree or comparable experience
    • Technical qualifications
    • Experience in providing customer focused end user support
    • Strong technical aptitude with a can-do attitude
