    Senior Technical Program Manager ( Platform Engineering)


    Provide Scrum Master and Technical Program Management support for Platform Engineering Product Team of cross functional teams in a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS Environment, and champion for Agile adoption



    • Support team in converting existing Product Requirement documents to Jira Product backlog
    • Manage and drive blocker resolution between platform and dependent teams
    • Coach teams on writing effective user stories
    • Support prioritization of backlog based on business value
    • Coach team to track value points in sprints
    • Drive Scrum ceremonies with scrum teams (scrummasters, developers, testers) to embrace the scrum framework, identify and resolve impediments; track continuous improvement
    • Work with operating committee on initiatives to support agile transformations across business units
    • Communicates and track scrum team velocity and release milestones
    • Coordinate & track readiness/risks of all requirements across functional groups including support,training, product management, Engineering, Operations, business systems (Salesforce), billing, and ERP teams
    • Manage product communications, upward and downward through organization; escalate issues and present mitigation/solutions to cross-functional executive teams
    • Influence product development, product testability, stability to ensure a superior end to end customer journey
    • Communicate system requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with cross-functional teams.


    • 5+ years of experience as Senior Scrum Master with a scrum coaching mentality in a 100% Agile environment.
    • Must have recent 5 years as Scrum Master for a platform enterprise development team using Saas technology
    • Must be well versed with agile roles and artifacts
    • Strong experience in using Jira and delivering projects using Agile methodology is a must
    • Demonstrated experience delivering product successfully with KPI metrics
    • Business as opposed to engineering bent will be helpful
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) is a must
