    Sr. Payroll Analyst

     

    The Sr. Payroll Analyst is responsible for all aspects of payroll processing. This individual will ensure accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly and off-cycle payroll in ADP WFN, for approximately 900 multi-state employees. This role will partner with others across multiple functions ensuring proper alignment with policies, controls and compliance with US GAAP. This position will report to the Global Payroll Manager.

     

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Coordinates with Human Resources and external payroll service provider to ensure accurate & timely processing of semi-monthly payroll, including providing pay input and review of pay results;
    • Plans and coordinates payroll processing for new hires, terminations, status changes, garnishments, and other adjustments as necessary;
    • Manages the timesheet submission and approval process;
    • Processes RSU & Stock transactions, ensuring tax liabilities are accurately calculated;
    • Ensures timely and accurate data integrations between ADP and other systems including 401K, stock, FSA/HSA, and general ledger;
    • Coordinates and conducts ADP payroll and timesheet configuration changes with service provider as needed, including identification and problem solving of issues, test plan design, and recommendations for change;
    • Monitors and manages new and renewal registrations for payroll tax filings;
    • Prepares samples for audit selections and responds to auditor inquiries;
    • Ensures internal controls and processes are maintained appropriately or improved as needed
    • Complies with corporate policies and procedures, as well as, US Labor laws and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years business experience processing a multi-state payroll
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with multiple functional areas in a collaborative, team environment;
    • Maintains confidentiality of all information;
    • Highly proficient in Excel;
    • Experience with ADP WFN  a plus;
    • Experience with stock administration a plus;
    • Excellent customer service skills;
