The Web Strategy and Operations team supports this mission by establishing the vision and priorities for delighting our customers and driving the business through 8x8’s web properties. This position reports to the Vice President, GTM Strategy and Marketing Operations.
The focus of this position is to lead the thinking and deliverables on role-based web experience journeys, contribute the to the teams perspective on web technology and functionality priorities, and synthesize enterprise web strategy with data to build the story of how the web is performing across all stages of the pipeline-to-retention journey and what we need to do next. This is a highly collaborative position. Success will depend on ability to synthesize short term business needs with long term digital strategy and execute in partnership with the Product Marketing, Global Demand Generation, and Digital Marketing teams.
