Title: Commission Analyst - Channel Partners
Location: San Jose, CA
Reports to: Senior Sales Commission Analyst
The Commissions Analyst will work with the Commission Team leadership, Sales Operations, Finance and other relevant groups to ensure that the channel commission plans are implemented correctly and commissions are calculated. The primary responsibilities are the calculation of monthly incentive commissions for Channel Partners focusing on accuracy, completeness and consistency as defined in the commission plans and partner agreements. The ideal candidate is analytical, deadline driven, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask and complete multiple deliverables in the same deadline time frame. The role reports to the Senior Sales Commission Analyst Supervisor.
