    The Marketing Programs Specialist will serve as a key member of our Marketing Operations team to develop, execute and drive innovative and effective integrated marketing programs and campaigns that generate new leads and drives engagement.

     

    We are looking for a driven individual who will be responsible for owning unique processes, training and supporting multiple simultaneous marketing programs and campaigns. The ideal candidate is a big problem solver and can efficiently address any gaps from various flows and projects.

     

    Your Responsibilities as Marketing Programs Specialist include:

    • Serve as programmatic expert for campaign builds and maintenance in automation systems
    • Work in partnership with campaign owners, 3rd party vendors, and other marketing members to ensure successful lead generation campaigns
    • Bridge marketing and sales to utilize insights, SaaS tools and campaign performance
    • Own and prioritize marketing initiatives, helping to establish sequence and timing to achieve effective execution of programs within operating constraints
    • Create and manage integrations needed in the martech stack, with potential troubleshooting complex integration failures, working with external integration partners, and testing interconnected systems
    • Responsible for the reporting and measurements of various marketing campaigns
    • Document system changes and assist in providing training to end users and stakeholders.

     

    Requirements:

    • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields
    • 1-3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing campaigns such as email, webinars, etc.
    • Excellent marketing project management skills to plan and execute on multiple marketing projects at the same time, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced and high energy environment
    • Strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot) and comfortable with coded instructions and SaaS tools
    • Demonstrated success in partnering and building a successful relationship with sales
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player
