    This Senior Commissions Analyst will be responsible to lead the end-to-end sales-related incentive pay plan processes, ensuring programs are consistently administered, communicated effectively, aligned with business goals, and in compliance with company policies.

     

    Who We Need:

      • The Senior Commissions Analyst will be responsible for the timely and accurate process of calculating of Sales commissions company-wide. This includes creating and updating the commission platforms, working with business partners to obtain crucial data for calculating final commissions. Developing, maintaining, and generating reports and tools for commission processing. Work with complex research inquiries and resolve in a timely manner while providing excellent service to business lines. This position requires an innovative thinker who can interface with multiple functions in an effort to implement procedures and controls and maintain our supporting systems. You will have the ability to logically think through an issue and create a new or enhance an existing process to enhance solutions. The ideal candidate is able to take direction from business leaders and work independently on final product. This position requires strong customer serviceability.

     

    What You Will Do:

      • Calculate commissions for multiple business units according to compensation plans and internal policies, ensuring commission and bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner.
      • Maintain and verify accuracy of payments and statements by working cross-functionally to ensure accuracy.
      • Work with payroll on meeting reporting and payroll deadlines.
      • Communicate any commission changes/corrections in a timely manner to the Payroll team.
      • Answer and resolve commission questions and issues from business units.
      • Provide support and ad hoc reports for senior leadership.
      • Build and maintain annual compensation plan models within company system.
      • Develop processes and procedures to enhance efficiencies and reduce risk of error.
      • Identify improvement opportunities for assigned work stream and work with key stakeholders to enable implementation of improvement opportunities.

     

    What you need:

      • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems or a related field.
      • 3+ years of Finance or Business Analyst experience working with advanced incentive plans.
      • Advanced skills in Excel and Access; Commissions Software (Callidus, Xactly, Cognos IBM) and Tableau experience is a plus.
      • Extreme attention to detail to ensure accuracy and integrity of commissions.
      • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal and maintain close working relationships with various internal clients while acting as the liaise between multiple layers of management and departments.
      • Capable of managing competing priorities with multiple deadlines and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
      • Provide timely research and superior customer service related to commissions inquiries.
      • Understanding of business needs for analyst availability during commission cycles and payroll timeline.
      • Analytical mindset with demonstrated skills for business success, including project management, problem-solving, and the ability to diagnose and meet business demands.
