    The contract/ internship Commissions Accounting Analyst will support the calculation, adjustments, and processes of sales commissions for SMB (Small Business) Partners (External). The Analyst will support answer queries, research problems as needed and explaining the way the commission is calculated.  A very high attention to detail and strong work ethic are required.  



    • Maintains commission database including all entry and maintenance of data
    • Ensures accurate and timely payment of commissions
    • Identifies, research, and reconcile any discrepancies
    • Performs analyses of commission issues and develops potential solutions
    • Builds reports for business metrics as requested
    • Maintains detailed, accurate and organized records
    • Performs accurate and detailed audit of Partner statements in accordance with requirements.
    • May perform other functions that may be assigned, related to SMB Partners

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work as part of a team.
    • Must be a very organized, detail-oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional Microsoft Excel/Access skills are essential.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary.


    Required Experience:

    • Finance or Accounting students in their 3rd or 4th year of school or 1-2 years or corporate finance exposure.
    • Exceptional Microsoft Excel/Access skills are essential.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent number of year's analytical experience is a plus.
    • Experience with sales compensation calculations and reporting is a plus
    • Experience with Callidus Incentive Compensation System is a plus
    • Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
