8x8 is looking for a Demand Generation Director for the Small Business segment to lead and execute demand generation and marketing strategy for the UK and European small business sector with a special focus on new business.
This is a highly visible role that will work across numerous departments and have a direct impact on accelerating the growth of the business.
In this role you will own the UK GTM strategy for the small business segment. You will have a deep understanding of our prospects’ and customers’ buying behaviours and what signals indicate possible lifecycle changes. You will leverage these insights to create highly targeted campaigns to drive new business as well as upsell and cross-sell demand generation across our small business prospect and customer base.
You must have a passion for data analytics and ability to interpret data to understand root drivers of buyer behavior. You must also be able create compelling messaging and articulate value propositions in the campaigns you develop.
This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can design as well as execute campaigns.
